We love Aurora! We love the people, the businesses, the community, and most of all, the kids. We love Aurora so much that we want to give back however we can, whenever we can. So if you’ll indulge us, allow us to toot our own horns for a minute! :)
You might have seen on our Instagram that we announced an initiative to donate bikes to kids this summer. Well, we found an awesome partner in Marquee Theatrical Productions, and their GM Sheryl Thomas helped us find three very deserving young kids to reward with brand new bicycles! Since 2003, the community theatre group has used its registered charity status to help children develop their artistic talents and promote positive and valuable life skills for kids from all walks of life.
The fine folks from snapd Aurora even showed up to capture the bike giveaway. Thanks guys!The three bikes found three new homes during a giveaway at Marquee’s August production of The Little Mermaid, at the Wirth Theatre at St Andrew’s College.
